3.Hammer crusher working principle

    When the raw materials enter the crush space, the hammer will carry out the first crush and give the crushed materials a high speed. Then the materials fly to the manganese alloy plate, this is called the second crush or bettering crush. The crushed materials will be output through the discharge hole. And through the sieve, the bigger materials will be conveyed to the crusher and be crushed again, until the size is available.

    (2).The motor drives the rotor rotate of the hammer crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working are of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammersof the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size.
