Introduction Of Belt bucket elevator 

vertical bucket elevator has such salient advantages of large conveying capacity,

high elevation height, stable and reliable running, long service lift etc. It is suitable

for conveying powdery, granular and small-lump materials, the temperature of the

material conveyed by bucket elevator is below 60°C and that conveyed by bucket

elevator is below 250°C.

Main characteristic Of Belt bucket elevator 

1.Each section of elevator boot is formed by continuous welding, wihch can reduce

welding deformation and stress. Elevator boots are connected by flanges and high-

strength bolts.

2. Efficiently avoid the accumulation of products and minimize the breakage of

grain. The bucket elevator can operate continually under full load condition and

can start smoothly under bucket full.

3.Belt speed detector, inspection door on head and tail, belt alignment device,

backstop, be fixed to ensure safty operation.

4.Vertical bucket elevator usually can be used for all floury and small-sized bulk

materials, e.g. transport limestone, clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc.
