Back-washing sand filter consisit of two tank.Filter medium is daimeter 0.6-1.0mm quartz sand and shingle, so the filter fineness will be better.

The water from one tank washes another tank's impurities, this type sand filter is the most effective one to clean up the organic impurties and inorganic

impurity, often used in filtration of rivers and pond with steel screen filter.

Centrifugal filter

Centrifugal filter is generated by a high-speed flow centrifugal force, sand and other heavy impurities will separatefrom

the water and sedment-laden flow is mainly used for the primary filtration.

It uses a welded steel plate consisits of two parts:the upper part of the centrifuge housing,lower part of the tank to deposit sand. Greater than 200 mesh sand impurities, seperation efficiency up to 95%,the head loss in the range of 3.5-7.7m. If watercontaining organic or impurities lighter than water, the separation is bad. Unstable state in water, which means that the pump and the pump stops during the flow instability, the filter effect is not good.It is generally used with the screen filter.
