Details of chevron rubber conveyor belt:

Chevron fabric conveyor belt is used primarily when the angle of incline

becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt.

The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with smooth

surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types

of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.

Characteristics of  chevron rubber conveyor belt:

1. There is no joint in belt carcass

2. Long service life

3. Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally

4. Cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately

5. Cleats and top cover rubber are integrally molded.

   snapped. We are in responsible for the joint fees and joint losses.
