Tube

Shaft

high precision cold-drawn steel which has high brightness and little tolerance.

Shaft end

both ends of the tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered.

Bearing

use deep groove ball bearing with big clearance, it’s C3, C4. 

And this clearance can make rollersrevolve flexibly. 

Bearing type is 2RZ and 2RS with oil seal which have advantage in dust proof.

Lubrication

Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors

Seals

multiple labyrinth seal,the material we can provide has ABS resin, 

Nylon, Hdpe,Polyurethane, polyformaldehyde and so on.

Welding

mixed gas shielded arc welding end.

radial eccentricity

We can assure play radial eccentricity less than 0.5, if have special requirements, 

it can reach 0.2~0.3.

Rubber

it can be changed separately, so it can reduce the cost for you. Rubber cold resistant -45 degree 

Celsius and high temperature resistance 120 degree Celsius. 

The rubber hardness 65-70 SHORE.
