C. What the sample cost?

 Please contact our sales, and tell them your required models, they will check the sample cost for you. 

(1). If we don't have stock ,sample cost will double of the whole sales prices ,The additional cost of the sample cost can be refunded to customers after confirmed the large order, the delivery cost paid by customers.

(2) For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately.

D. What about the warranty of the products?

E. What is the MOQ?

1). For long term cooperative customers, no limited on minimum order quantity. 

2). Price change base on quantity.

F. What about the payment terms?

EXW, FOB, CIF are accepted.

After salesale Service

Shisheng customer service staff will help you with any questions or concerns. We will take well packed 

products pictures before shipping. 

(1)  If our product is damaged or some parts is missing but the package is intact. Normally we will

take it as our responsibility. Then we will replace any damaged or missing part.

Please kindly note, client have to take picture before taking apart our package. Then notify us in

writing and provide pictures of any damage.

(2) If a product is delivered with damaged packaging, then the customer must check the contents for 

damaged items. if there are any damages to the product with damaged packaging, generally this is 

the responsibility of the shipping company,

(3) The damages or missing parts is under installation. We will replace the damaged part after client

pay the extra fee and ship it to you along with next order.
