B. Precise Manufacturing Skills

• The barrel of cylinder/doffer applies the steel plate welding structure.
• The round wallbord applies the labber-shaped section aemi-curved structure.
• It's curved-sealed between end face of cylinder and roud wallboard.
• The doffer wallboard rigidity is increased, wall of card frame thicker and increase the height of bar.
• Front and rear waling applies steel plate welding structure, combined with frame to become boat-like frame.
• All the motors install directly on frame to stabilize the driving.

C.Perfect Technology

• The technology parameter need to be adjusted all design into frenquency conversion.
• Blowing flow:thin feeding, small grabbing, big separation, slow speed, slow opening and carding.
• Carding flow:4-6 sets of carding machine connected, with specialized metallic wires mounted.
• Using mote knife, flats, front web cleaner and dust filter to gradually ease short fober, coarse wool.
