Napping Needle Punching Machine Type QBG426 is one of the main units in nonwoven needle punching production line. It can be mainly used to nap and needle punch the base cloth, manufacturing the needle punching products with broadcloth and terry. The products can be used for car inner decoration, carpets and toy after treatment.
The unique double rods drive balance oil box makes needle boards moving more stable with the frequency of 2000rpm.

Needle boards stop at the upper limitation position automatically for easy dismounting
Outside lubricating system
The needle punching density, clothing speed and napping depth can be set according to requirements
Advanced speed frequency variable adjustment is adopted, PLC system control, and
