2. Main Performance

The machine is used for carding chemical fiber, wool, cotton etc. The curl fiber tufts could be carded into single straight fibers. The little impurities and short fibers in the material can be cleaned off. Then the paralleled and straight fibre will be processed by the random roller device, which can change the direction of the fibre and form the web with certain strength ratio in machine and cross direction.

3. Main structure features

1) The reliable metal preventing device can prevent the metallic wire from being damaged. 

2) Upper and consequent feeding can prevent the damage on the fiber. 

3) There are 7 carding points on the machine. The carding power increases one by one, which guarantees good carding effect. 

4) Double doffers and double random web output devices. The upper and lower random web output devices can be used at the same time or one device can be lifted up. 

5) Straightness and radial runout of the main cylinder’s surface is less than 0.02mm, which is quite a high international standard. 

6) The machine cover is enclosed. The shape is eye-pleasing. 

7) All the parts can be moved on the rail, which is easy to clean and maintain.

8) Whole machine supervision system has the auto-diagnosis function.
