CEPAI YB-150A Precise Pressure Gauge

Precise pressure gauge is used to calibrate general type pressure gauge, as well as to measure medium pressure precisely that’s not corrosive, not crystalloid and not concretionary to copper alloy and structural alloy steel.

Mirror ring is set under scale line of YB-150A to make readings clear. Accuracy grade is 0.4.
Mirror ring is set under scale line of YB-150B, and balancing is also equipped, accuracy grade is 0.25

Environmental conditions: 5~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, vibration and fluctuation of pressure source don’t influence the reading accuracy.
Temperature influence: when operation environmental deviation is 20±3℃ (A) or 20±2℃(B), you should consider the additional error 0.4%/10℃.
Weight: 1kg (A); 1.4kg(B)

Structural principle
This gauge consists of indicating device and casing. It’s well sealed and equipped with inspection seal device, protect the inner components of gauge from mechanical damage and dirt.
The gauge measuring system consists of joint and spring, the spring tube’s free end will shift along with pressure changes, and put connecting rod in motion to drive vane, and vane will drive the wheel gear to rotate the needle, indicating the corresponding pressure value. In order to eliminate gap movements between vane and wheel gear, rotary type hairspring is installed on the wheel gear.
