We're glad to give you free samples to test, and we thank you for your good faith in doing business with us. We can guarantee sample quality is identical with mass produced product. But there are several important points to make: First, in terms of sample quantity, we can give you several free sample to check quality, this quantity is not too much, as you know, if these samples are not working for your project, too many samples serves as waste to no vail; Second, we provide free sample to customers only to see if these samples are good for your application, so quality and suitability for the application matter, we see no point to give identical samples to meet this need in terms of color and/ or hardness, as these two factors is the easiest factors to handle, we can custom-make it when we prepare material; Third, to show our good faith in working together, we supply free samples, we believe it's reasonable for us to ask buyer him-/her-self to bear transportation cost. Business is based on fairness, regardless of how huge your potential order is, if buyer doesn't agree on this, we have to doubt his or her faith in working together.

We can do customization in this respect, whatever size you want, just tell us, or present us your drawings, 3-D drawing is proffered. Speaking of rubber product size, we have to take stretchiness into consideration. As is known to all, this particular attribute makes rubber product easy to change its size to adapt to its application. So sometimes, minion difference in size is negligible, precise size may cause trouble in application, this is related to its applying environment and hardness.

Hardness is an important factor in manufacturing rubber product, as is known to all, rubber product shrinks shortly after it was heated, heat also have impact on the final hardness. So we have to take this factor into consideration in time of designing rubber product, or it will cause disastrous consequence: too big a size difference fails a project.

We have many existing molds for customers to make use of, but sometimes exception happens: some customers' products comes with a strange shape or they demand exact same size as their drawings or original sample, in this case, we have to create tools or develop molds. At this moment, we first need to examine their drawings or original samples, we have to make sure their product is feasible in workmanship, and then we'll work out a blueprint of the molding. After molding is done, we have to make a prototype for them to check. If it's ok, we move to next step; Otherwise, we keep modifying the mold till it's perfect.   

9. Rubber Sleeve / Slicone Sleeve / Silicone Rubber Sleeve Producing Process

First, we have to carefully study customer's drawing or original sample, we study it's material, hardness, color, material density, dimensions, workmanship and more; Then we have to develop a mold or create a tooling; After tooling, we prepare material and make a counter-sample for buyer to check its functionality. If this sample works, we prepare material in mass scale, this involves several different device and machines, such as scale and mixing machines. After material is prepared, we measure material weight and put material to previously fabricated tool, then we send this tool into vulcanizing machine to realize vulcanization. After vulcanization is done, we cool it and wash it. Sometimes, to remove the unpleasant odor, we send the finished product into oven for some time. When these process has been through, we have quality checking workers to do the final touch: perfect the edges and single out defective finished products. Then there comes the final step: packing.

Normally we accept payment by T/T and WU, if we believe L/C is really indispensable in our transaction, we can accept L/C, as there's too much trouble in L/C and cost is too high if modifying items comes about. Another point we have to make is that we don't accept Paypal, some customers can't understand this, we have to admit they must use it too often when they buy goods from ebay, but Paypal is too costly and is too risky for sellers, we believe most buyers are kind, but not all customers are the same, they may threat discount or just refund their money when the orders reach them. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. As previously dealt with, we never use recycled materials and we first send counter-sample to check, all our mass-produced products are made as the counter sample, it's logical and reasonable for us to get full payment.

All our products live by SGS standard, and due to compatibility to RoHS in quality test terms, we can also say our products meet RoHS standard. Additionally, some of our products meet FDA standard, this is specially meant silicone rubber based products, we can ensure you this is no problem.

If not specified by customers, we normally use PP bag to serve as inner packing material, and the put several bags into a carton. This is normal way for us to pack your order.If you have special requirement in this respect, just tell us and we can consider it for you. We have to make it clear that if the special packing incurs extra costs, we have to collect it from you. We promise we won't make money from this.

Normally it costs you 10~12 working days for molding and the production around 7 days, but if there's stock available, delivery can be made upon the second your payment has been confirmed. Delayed delivery is by no means our choice. Sometimes we do encounter customers who placed orders and demand shipment soon, to handle this, we have to adjust production schedule and make sure other customers won't be influenced.

Usually, we accept delivery by air, sea and express. Whichever of these three way is most economical, we suggest it for you. For small quantity especially for sample, we suggest express, this is fast and inexpensive. We can promise to you that we never make money from delivery. We can tell you weight and volume and get a shipping cost for you, and you can verify it yourself by any approach you can get hands on.
