Louvre Grating (Perforated Panels)

Perforated louver grating can be fabricated to certain size panels used as ventilation and screening accessories. Qindelin also supplies welded louvre panels. This is a type of pressed grating constructed with transverse bars (louvers) pressed or lock into the bearing bars at an angle between 30o and 45o. Qindelin louvre gratings work as fencings to stop people from peering through — on bridges, gangways, elevated walkways, ventilation grilles and other sites. It has four different louver blade angles.
It is made of aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel bright galvanized.

The louvre gratings can be manufactured in sizes up to:
Pressure welded gratings: H: 3000 mm W: 1230 mm

Mesh sizes:
Minimum: 20x30 mm
Maximum: 100x100 mm
Both subject to specification and panel size.
Custom sizes upon request.

Angels:
The louvre gratings may be manufactured with angled bars in the following degrees:
30°, 40°, 45° and 50°

Edge bar:
Flat bar plate or angle section (as requested).

Finish: Mill finish, galvanized, hot dipped, or stainless steel.
Surface: Flat
