Yes, all samples are free of charge. But if you need a sample which is bigger than our-prepared sample, a little of fee will be needed. AND, the sample fee will be returned as soon as there are orders from it.

2. How can I get to your factory?

You could firstly fly to Shijiazhuang airport, or Beijing airport if you like, then we will pick you up by car.

What you need to do is just to tell us in advance.

3.How is your price?

We are manufaccture for metal mesh and we are in the biggest wire mesh land of China. So we have much vantage on price, but our precondition is quality. Quality is always the first for us.

5.Can we have our own brand name on the carton box?
Yes! OEM service can be provided. We can produce  according to your requirements, for instance, brand name, logo, color, size, packaging, etc.

 6.How long is the lead time of your products?

The general lead time is 30-45 days. We will try our best to deliver  to you in time.

  7.What warranty do you offer?

Disqualified parts and component missing are found, please contact us right away.
After confirming the warranty case, free ones or credit will be provided to you.
8.What are your payment terms?
100% in advance is preferred for the first order.
Then 30% Deposit payable on signing of the contract, Balance (70%) payable upon a copy of the bill of lading being provided.
T/T and L/C are preferred.
Western Union, PayPal are also accepted for small orders.
Other payment terms are discussible.
