Hot cold pack (Ice pack)

Appllication:cold
store in the ferrzer so that the pack is ready.
To use in case of injury.
Apprximately 1 hour or more is required to feezer GEL hot cold pack.

A. Reducing swelling B.Temporary relief of headache
C. Toothche D.Reducing fevers

Application:hot
Microwave:Times are based on a 600W microwave.
Place Gel pad (hot cold pack) into a container filled with water,then put the container into microwave for about 30 seconds (If the GEL pad is at room temperature) or 1 minutes (If the GEL pad is frozen) on high power.After this time,check that the correct temperature has been reached.If not,reheat 10 seconds repeatly by microwave.

Hot water:Bring water to boil.Remove from heat and immerse the gel pad for around 4-10minutes.Check each 1minutes to see if the correct temperature has been reached..

B. Keep warm

CAUTION:
Whether the pack is hot or cold it is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin.
It is recommended that the GEL pad is wrapped in cloth before appling to skin.
