Working process : automatic feeding ---NO.1 extruder( inject butane gas ,which working as foaming agent )---non-stop hydraulic filter changer(get rid of dirty among raw material ) ---NO.2 extruder ---extruded from mould head cooling and shaping ---hauling off ---winding
1 The machine adopt double screw , after twice foaming ,the ps foam sheet are very smooth and beautiful .
2 The ps foam sheet have manu function such as shock proofing, heat insulating, damp proof, safety, and good plasticity . It is widely used to make ps foam food box ,foam plate /tray and ect .
3 This equipment adopts high speed hydraulic filter changer which has steady feature, can realize change the filter immediately without stopping the machine.
