We will create an actual sample of your product for final approval, which will be sent you via email. Once you give us your approval your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order, and production will start.

Cancellations: Once an order is put into production and is cancelled you will be liable for the cost of the entire order since it is totally customized to your specifications and can’t be used by anyone else.

>> If you are ordering a large quantity and require an actual sample of your product we recommend that you have us create a pre-production sample, that will be sent to you via DHL,TNT,UPS,etc.
