lint-free nonwoven fabric for wiper KC-0609, KC-0509 KC-0409 KC-0404 Cleanroom Nonwoven Wipers are spunlaced from 55% cellulose & 45% polyester; KC-0409, 100% polyester; M-3, 100% plant fiber. High water/oil absorbency and cleaning property. Highly durable, no chemical binders. Work well with IPA and other solvents. Suitable for class1000 (ISO6) cleanroom. Ideal for cleaning work surfaces & etchants, acids, and other chemical spills pickup. Widely used in electronics & computing industry. Features 1. Highly absorbent and durable 2. Lint free, low particles 3. No chemical binders, chemical resistance 4. Good ability of removing contamination 5. Very soft, cleans surfaces without scratching
Applications 1) Used in the semiconductor, SMT, PCB product line, chips, microprocessor, etc. 2) Cleaning and polishing products such as LCD series products, disk driver, composite materials 3) Suitable for procedure of CD, hard disk and soft disk 4) Good for cleaning work surfaces, tools, machines etc. 5) Very ideal for using in class 100-1000 cleanroom, etc.
