low-free and low-particled polyester asphalt felt base cloth
It is constructed from 100% polyester continuous filament in interlock and double knit pattern. Polyester wiper is cut and sealed by laser, which effectively prevent fibers and particles generation. They are laundered and packaged in class 10 (ISO4) cleanroom, superior general-purpose cleanroom wiper for using in class 100 (ISO4) and above cleanroom.

5. Laundered by 18M Ohms ultra-pure water, packaged in class 10 clean room

1. Ideal for cleaning scratch sensitive surfaces.
2. Superior for work surfaces of process material, flat panel display, liquid crystal display, wafer substrates and glass cleaning
3. Excellent general-purpose cleanroom wiper for semiconductor, medical device and hard disk manufacturers, etc
