Operation:

1.  Press  the ON/OFF key once, the display will display all segments, after one second display measuring temperature. and press the key again ,it will be turn off.

2.  At normal ,press the℃/℉ key ,there will be displayed temperature from Celsius degree to Fahrenheit degree .

3. Change the battery ,open the battery ,case as per the drawing,the battery type is  AG13

Barbecue reference temperature form:

  Meat and food type will may be selected temperature for achieving taste.

Notice

1. Do not barbecue together temperature measurement, only for ;

2. Do not touch the steel tube right after measurements;

3. Hold clean the steel tube by boiled watel before or after used.
