The electrical control system of our concrete wire saw cutting machines are with PLC and two inverters that allow to variable linear speed of wire from 0-40 M/S. The translation and 360 degree rotation of flywheel-holder head of concrete wire saw cutting machines are motorized and allow an easy and fast positioning of the machine, as well as the execution of two parallel cuts. All the movement of the wire saw machines are motorized and an automatic mechanism keeps always constant and programmed tension of diamond wire in working conditions. Our Concrete Wire Saw Cutting Machines are with Safety devices that shut off the machine in case of wire breakage, over voltage, over electric current, over heating of motor, incorrect maneuvers etc. The greatest advantage of our concrete wire saw cutting machines are safe cutting and good diamond wire durability as well as being user friendly.

10-Big and strong steel frame with dimension of 2m length, 1.4m width and 1.3meter height which allows more inside space for easier maintenance and repairment.
