Stone wire saw machine with features as follows:                                              

1. PLC and two inverters that allow to variable wire speed range from 0-40M/S, can be quarrying all kinds of stone material, like marble, granite, sandstone etc and allows to demolish buildings, bridges, piers, concrete pipes and underwater construction
2. Auto constant tensioning system to keep the wire always in optimal working condition and furthest guarantee the cutting duration of diamond wire.
3. Angle adjustment range from 0-360⁰(electric auto), allows to any direction cutting.
4. Horizontal extention system are easy and fast positioning of the machine, allow two parallel cuts; flywheel shaft position range from +/-350-400mm(electric auto).
5. Quick Backward speed of machine without loading range from 1750mm/Min.
6. Separate control panel with feature of easy and safe manipulation for operator.
7. Safety stop in case of unexpected wire breakage or other faults.

Remarks:

1. Standard power supply is 3-phases 380V, 50Hz. Any difference of the power should be informed. We could design and adjust the machines to be compatible with any power supply requirement (Extra price will be needed for different voltage requirement as sometimes separate voltage transformer will be necessary)

2. We have another Economical type wire saw machines, LQ-DWS-E37-8P & LQ-DWS-EM37-8P fro granite cutting and LQ-DWS-EM-37-6P for marble cutting, which has the basic functions of standard type, difference is that the function of The translation or 360⁰ rotation of flywheel holder head are manual one.

Stone Wire Saw Machine will be covered by waterproof plastic and packed in an crate, all these will protect the machine from damages while tranporting.
