Product Description
Zinc Phosphate
Zinc phosphate is a white rustproof paint without toxicity, which can effectively replace traditional rustproof paint including heavy metals such as lead and chromium in red lead, zinc chrome; zinc phosphate is a novel and ideal rustproof paint.
Product characteristics:
Zinc phosphate has great complexing ability in ferric ion. Phosphate ion of zinc phosphate can be reacted with ferric anode to form firm protection film with zinc phosphate as the main body. The dense purification film is insoluble in water, and has high hardness, desirable adhesive force, and prominent rustproof performance.
Product application:
Paint manufactured by zinc phosphate preparation has desirable rustproof performance and waterproof performance, and can be used to prepare different waterproof, acid-proof and rustproof paints, such as rustproof paints for ships, automobile, industrial machinery, light metal, household appliance and metal container for goods. The paint manufactured by zinc phenolic aldehyde, epoxide resin and the like, and used as the fire retardants of chlorinated rubber and synthetic polymers.
