Arc gear pump
It applies to AL alloy oil tank truck and deliver other gas-liquid mixture. The shell of pump use AL alloy overall low pressure casting. The gear is made of special alloy.
Feature:
1. The diameter of pump inlet pipe system can not be less than 70mm, suction vertical height can not be more than 7m.
2. When the pump is working with the fuel truck, rotate speed should speedup slowly from low to high. In addition, it should keep relevant rotate speed. Any overdrive and suddenly quick and suddenly slow is forbidden.
3. The pump should be at the front at possible and installed on the pump frame that fixed on the stringer. Horizontal close to the truck stringer as possible to avoid the pump interfere truck shaft.
4. The height of pump depends on power takeoff output shaft. The power gets from this output shaft. Rotation shaft connection should maintain coaxial as possible. The inclination angle can not be more than 7°.
5. Before starting the pump, please check whether the inlet valve is open or not. The pump can not be operated if the exit of pump is not starting.
