The application of black iron wire 

Black Iron Wire is a kind of hard drawn carbon steel wire, suitable for weaving, fencing, galvanizing or tying applications. For example, it's widely used in construction or daily use as binding material. Besides, Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical, welded mesh, welded hangers, and then processing. Soft annealed wire, increase flexibility, doing construction tie wire, and has good steel bandings.

wire raw materials: Cold drawing steel wire, low carbon wire ( Iron wire) 

Black iron wire production process: Roll the metal billet into 6.5mm steel rod, also called wire rod. And then draw them into different diameters wire in the drawing equipment, and narrowing the drawing plate gradually. After cooling, annealing and plastic coated processing technology, can make into different specification iron wire.

 Wire diameter: BWG6#-BWG#. Tensile strength: 30kg -45kg/ sq. M.  Packing: 1Kg-1000kg/ coil. Inner plastic firm outer woven cloth or inner plastic firm outer hessian cloth.

Annealed wire specification: Common wire 0.7mm (22#) ~5mm (5#). Can be further processed into over 0.5mm wire, that is SWG38# wire.
