 Q: Is it easy to operate?

A: Yes, it's very easy to learn and use it, generally people can operate it to go forward/backward and turn around within 5 mins.

Q: What's the using range after I charge it full?
A: 20 to 25 km, that will depend on the road condition, user's weight, and even the temperature.

Q: Do I need to charge the battery before using them?
A: Yes, you should charge the battery fully before using it for the first time.

Q: Do I need to “brake-in” my battery?
A: Yes, the battery will need to have a “break-in” cycle, which consists of three discharge/charge cycles before they reach optimum performance. This involves three complete discharges and three complete recharges. After this initial “break-in” cycle the battery will have maximum possible performance and less line voltage fluctuations under load.

Q: How long will the battery hold their charge?
A: The battery will self-discharge when it is not in using. The self-discharging rate depends on the temperature at which they are stored. Excessively cold or hot storage temperature will drain the batteries faster than normal condition. Ideally the batteries should be stored at room temperature.

Q: Why should I recharge my battery at least every 90 days (Li-ion) when I don't use it during this period?
A: Battery will release electricity slightly even it's not in using. To keep the battery in optimal condition and extend its life, we recommend that full recharge will be performed at least every 90 days.

Q: When the two wheel balance scooter is running low or even running out of power, what happen if I leave the power switch on longer than 5 minutes?
A: If you left the power switch on or your product has not been charged for a long period of time, the battery may reach a stage at which it will no longer hold a charge.

Q:Is it normal that the battery get warm when recharging?
A: Yes, it is normal.

Q: What about the warranty policy?
A: We provide 12 months maintenance warranty.

Q:What's the payment method?
A:You can pay by T/T, Western union, and L/C.

Q:What is the Lead time?
A: Usually 2 days for sample order. For bulk order, will be no more than 5-7 days.

Q: How much is the freight cost?
A: It depends on the quantity of your order, and the distance from your country, we will let you know the exact cost after you tell us the quantity, your location and shipment way.

Q: Can you help us to source other products or other suppliers?
