Q: Do you have wholesale or retail?

A: No. We are only making OEM. All products' artwork were provided from client, and well-kept by us.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: All our products are with the MOQ of 2000pcs.

Q: What is the payment method?

A: We will need you to make pre-payment bigger than 30% as deposit. And the 70% goes againest the copy of B/L.

We are sorry but we really cannot delivery products without payment.

Q: What is the fastest delivery time?

A: We are able to finish sample in a week, and the mass products delivery time were depending on the quantity.

We have large amount of workers so that we are flexible on making products. We have ability and experiences to manage urgent orders.

Q: What is your QC standard?

A: We choose the international standard(strict) as our QC standard, AQL(0, 2.5, 4.0). The procedure will be paused until the defect causing solved and defects selected if any procedure's result is failed. We are taking the responsibilty to hurry up so that we would catch the delivery time as the contract signed. 

Any of our QC team member have right to stop the procedure when he found defect during the inspection without anyone's allowance.

Q: What is the sample cost, sample time and what is the mold cost?

A: We have different method to make out the samples depending on different craft that you request. We will quote when we get enough detailed provided. Normal sample cost were 100usd-200usd. Mold cost were charged the same as the mold workshop charged us.

Q: What is main Sample procedure and how about mass?

A: Pre cut, printing, laminating/glossy,matt varnishing, cutting, gluing, die-cutting, and packing. All this procedure can have different order and appear times depending on the product.

We are using exactly same machine and procedure when we are producing samples to ensure final products have chance to be exactly the same as the sample.

Q: How many samples will we get?

A: Quantity of sample were normally around 20pcs. If you have any request which is bigger than this, please tell us to prepare more.

When the sample volume is more than 100pcs/sets, you will need to make payment as: sample cost + unit price * sample quantity.

Q: Could you tell us about your factory's history, as we can only see you are one year golden supplier, but you told that you have 20year experience?

A: Wenzhou Oudian Crafts & Gifts Co., Ltd we estabilished on 2014, we are combing

"Zhejiang Fengcai Printing Co., Ltd'-old factory name,(since 1991)

"Wenzhou Huacai Crafts & Gifts Co., Ltd" - old trading company name,(since 2005)

"Zhejiang New Vision IMP & EXP Co., Ltd"- old EXP agent,(since 2003)

together.

We have the same problem like most chinese factories that we are different name during the internation trading, which will have some mixed-up for foreign clients, so in 2014, we combined all these companies together and make out the new name

Wenzhou Oudian Crafts & Gifts Co., Ltd, and this will be the only name during our order.
