Special reminder

1 Pls learn clearly about the operating instruction before using the mill

2 Check the key components is fast or not, and the rotor’s rotation direction.

3 If there has any abnormal situation, stopped the machines to inspect immediately; forbidden to trouble clearing in working.

4 Don’t strongly put the materials in by hand or any other hard things when the feed port block.

5 Not allowed the stone, iron mixed in the materials

6 The working place should be Ensure good ventilation, and have fire protection equipments.

7 Choose the suitable power, not allowed to improve the speed of revolution of principle axis.

8 Fixed belt protective cover.

9 When the user install the motor by themselves, should be add the overload protection, and contact the earth wire. 

Principle operation

principle of operation: the materials get into the room of the machine, will be broken by the highspeed rotating knifes, then will be crashed by the knife, rachis and the mesh screen quickly till it as flour, then the crashed materials will be get into the collection place through the screen mesh. 

Interior structure

The crusher structure is simple, durable, reliable, easy to install, easy to operate, small vibration, high productivity, adapted to the feed mills alone or used.Crusher work, material by feeding mechanism with the machine match the top into the feed, the feed plate guidance from the left or right into the crushing chamber, the high speed rotating hammer blow and sieve plate under the action of friction, material is crushed gradually, and wear sieve pores discharging mouth discharge from the base under the action of centrifugal force .

Installation machine and testing

Fixed hammer mill and motor on the frame, and put on the belt, not too tight, not too loose, rotated it to check if there has any clamping stagnation and clash. Power should stable and safely. The road should be clearly between working place to the electric On-off. 

NOTICE: SHOULD BE INSTALL LEAKAGE PROTECTION.  

After install, test the rotation direction under safely, to check if the rotation direction is same with the machinemarks or not. If not, pls change the motor’s rotationdirection.

Maintenance

1 Before using machine, should be precession the oiler on the bearing seat, to keep the lubrication oil enough

2 After the machine worked add up to 200 hours, pls clean the bear, felt seal and oiler, change felts after clean, and add new lubrication oil.

3 Checking the tightness before working; if the cone belt perished, change it on time. If not will be influence function of the machine. 

4 The knife’s closed angle will be abrade to fillet and influence the function of the machine after it running for long time, then turn around 180 degree and use another closed angle of the knife. When the 4 closed angles of the knifes all in fillet, pls change new knifes.

Notice: if the machine not use for a long time, pls strike or loosen the cone belt, and put it conserve the machines on dry place.Not allow the person who under 18 pass 54 years old and unstudied person to use this
