Print heads can jet three different sizes of ink drop, even low resolution can reach the better image quality than others. Also, powerful external devices control each module to complete the tasks alone.

Igus towline is imported from German. As one of the world 's most authoritative brand, it is suitable for reciprocating motion and able to protect built-in cables and tubing pipes. Also, it can open separetely. It can produce clear and outlined and detailed image and characters section for easy installation and maintaining low noise, wear-resistance and high speed during operating.

Ink Supply Module

Stable ink supply controls module. Use special algorithm to ensure stable ink supply and solve ink break problem.

Media releasing and take-up device can carry out the media feeding and take-up function, meanwhile, it can choose turning directions of the motor and apply to different material print sides.

UV Lamp Control Module

The module supports mainstream LED lamps including air-cooling model and water-cooling model, also controls the switches of water-cooling system, guarantees the cooling system to open prior to UV lamps, and the module supports halogen lamp at the same time.

Notices on Media and Ink:

The physical properties of ink (adaptation, weather ability, etc.) will change with media type, so be sure to use the relevant complete products.

According to application purpose, disposal (prime coat, etc.) and surface protection (coating, etc.) is necessary. Due to usage of fine ink droplets printing, the color may vary slightly with replacement of print heads.
