Put juice, water and collagen as per proportion into vessel, by warming technology inside the entirely sealed container, which ensures that molecular structure of collagen and fruit & vegetable won’t be destroyed during warming, which will fuse collagen and effective constituent of fruit & vegetable, then form fire-new collagen molecular structure, combine membrane liquid which infuses into mask tray, after cool natural fruit & vegetable mask is born.

Make mask procedure

1. 40% juice, 60% water, best of total volume is 70ml, not more than 80ml.

2. Press the key of mask.

3. Put 1-2 piece of collagen into drainage opening; Only one piece is enough if total volume is not more than 70ml.

4. Close drainage box, wait for some minutes.

5. When you heard the voice of DI, liquid begin to pour into mask tray

Q1: No work?

Insert the plug right?

•A: Please confirm if your assembly method is right. (Refer to page of product assembly) Please contact customer service center if you can’t resolve the question.

Q2: No good juice, no dry residues?

Insert yellow rubber gasket tightly?

•B: Refer to correct assembly method of yellow rubber gasket in the page of product assembly.Take unfresh materials which have been storaged in refrigerator for long time? Soak them in water over 10 minutes in advance before juicing.

Q3: Shut down during working? 

•C: Put excessive materials? Put materials with hard core? Press on opposite rotation for 2-3 seconds, then press on normal rotation. If auger doesn’t work, please stop working, clean chamber in advance.

Q4: Creak voice during working?

•D: Normal.

Q5: No good mask? Not cohesive?

•E: Formula proportion is wrong.

Temperature of mask liquid is low.

Method: 

(1) As per formula proportion in the manual strictly. 

(2) Heater band works normally?

Q6: Mask is uneven?

•F: Don’t put the machine on the flat surface? Don’t hold mask tray evenly when you take out mask tray.

Method: Put the machine on the flat surface, operate as per manual strictly.

Q7: Mask liquid leave out?

•G: Don’t take out previous mask or don’t put mask tray.

Method: Please check mask tray and put mask tray into the machine before making.

Q8: Sudden power lost?

1. No power

2. Turn off plug accidently

Method: Please check if there is liquid inside through transparent window. If there is liquid inside please turn on switch, 

press cleaning key after repetition, make mask again after cleaning. If power lost is for long time,  please take out drainage box to clean, which will prevent solidified liquid.
