SMD LED is sensitive elements to ESD and moisture, we strictly protect them from ESD and moisture before it reach customer's hand and usage. There is three steps to pack SMD LED, please refer to below illustration pictures and actual packing pictures.

5730: 4K in one reel, 2 reels in one bag, 22 bags in one carton;
4014: 5K in one reel, 2 reels in one bag, 23 bags in one carton;
3030: 3.5K in one reel, 3 reels in one bag, 22 bags in one carton;
2835: 3.5K in one reel, 3 reels in one bag, 22 bags in one carton;

LED Defect Factors                                            

There is two defects mode for LED, short circuit and open circuit. Bonding wire is a key part for eletrical connection, many defect occurred at the bonding area. Please refer to the structure of SMD LED and the explaination for defects.

The raw material is another key point to the products quality. Better quality need the assurance of better material, for example, copper frame exhibit better than iron frame in heat dissipation which affect the light decay and life of LED, so is the PCT than PPA in frame, gold wire can guarantee more higher lumen and stability than copper wire, etc. We promise the raw material we used are top in the industry, copper frame with PCT, gold wire, big size chips.
