Operating Instruction on QDBP Test Bed for Burst-Testing

I. Overview

1. The hydraulic test bed of burst resisting hose is the special equipment manufactured meticulously for consumers. This system consists of carefully selected domestic and foreign high quality pneumatic hydraulic booster pump, booster pump and auxiliaries. The equipment has the following characteristics: being stable and reliable in operation, having a high output pressure, being easy in operation and reliable in quality and so on.

II. Main Performance and Technical Parameter of the Test Bed

2.1 Maximum Pressure: 210Mpa (under the air pressure of 0.75MPa)

2.2 Maximum Rate of Flow: 0.5 L/min

2.3 Technical Parameter of Driving Pressure and Rate of Flow for Test Bed (Auxiliary Driving Force)

Pressure: 0.3—0.9Mpa; Rate of Flow: 1.2m³/min. The air can be allowed to enter into the pneumatic hydraulic booster pump only after air must be filtrated and oil is filled.

2.4 Normally Operational Temperature Range of Test Bed: -35°C<T<80°C

III. Installation Instructions on the Test Bed

3.1 After the test bed is transported to the site, it is necessary to carefully check whether every part of the test bed meets the requirements specified in the contract or not, whether the supplied equipment meets the requirements of design drawing or not, and whether the equipment is damaged or not. If there are some problems, contact the manufacturer in time.

3.2 After the test bed is transported to the site, it is necessary to place it firmly in the specified position according to the relevant requirements.

3.3 After every part is in its proper position, operate the test bed according to the requirements for operation.

IV. Explanation on the Preliminary Test of Test Bed

4.1 In order to put the built-in pneumatic hydraulic booster pump to a preliminary test, refer to the content of IV in “Operating Instruction on XRY Pneumatic Hydraulic Booster Pump”.

V. Operation and Use of Test Bed

5.1 Before using the test bed, it is necessary to examine whether all kinds of parts,auxiliaries and handles in the system are in the correct position or not, and whether the fastening bolt and every pipe joint are loose or not. If all of these are normal, the test bed can be operated immediately.

5.2 During the operation of the test bed, it is necessary to check the working pressure of the system constantly, and examine constantly whether the every high pressure joint is loose or not, in order to avoid the abnormal accident.

VI. Repair and Maintenance

6.1 In order to carry out the repair and maintenance of pneumatic hydraulic booster pump in this system, refer to the content of VI of “Operating Instruction on XRY Pneumatic Hydraulic Booster Pump”.
