Operation o Hose Crimping Machine

1. Release the pole (3) by the handle (random accessories), set the dies one by one, according to the number and clean the awl surface and flange. Put the side with letter foreword. Please make sure that the die marches the hose: the inner diameter of hose is the size mm of die.

2. Screw up the valve (10), and then tighten (7).

3. Lift (8) to put it on and then put down it. Repeat this movement and pay attention to the changing of the Pressure gauge (6) until it reaches 16.5MPa.The maximum pressure for swage should not pass 20MPa.

4. After swaging the hose, please revolve (10) and (7) in contrary direction. Then the dies will be released automatically. Take the swaged hose out.

5. Clean the machine after working and cover it with the plastic shelter.
