CORE SHOOTER MACHINE
Core shooter machine has been used in foundry and metal casting industries widely, mold core made by core shooter machine has accurate dimensions and smooth surface. Working principle of core shooter machine is molding sand which is used liquid or solid heat convertible resin as glue being shot in heated core box, mold sand hardens to a certain thickness(about 5~10mm) in pre-heated core box, and it will become finished sand core of good quality with smooth surface and accurate dimension.
Using core shooter machine enables saving high molding cost, because more boxes’ stacking up can decrease watering heads’ waste, and molding sand after pouring has good collapsibility, which is easy to clean up. With high productivity as well as accurate dimensions, so machining procedure can be reduced properly, Core shooter machine enjoys easy operation, high finished rate. Therefore more and more foundries and metal casting factories prefer to choose core shooter machine.
