Tarpaulin welder

Features and applications:

It is widely used for tarpaulin, banner fabrics, inflatable PVC toy, Film structure water bed, tarpaulin products etc. It is with advanced hot air welding technology, Electronic temperature control adjustable, high precision temperature control, Especially suitable for high temperature continuous use, long life, high reliability.

Attention:

Start up: To open the fan, and then adjust the temperature index 8 to 12 minutes, 10 minutes can work normally

Shutdown: First the temperature pointer to 0; after 10 minutes, turn off the fan.

Adjust the increase or decrease weight and welding pressure according to material thickness, smooth, fast, high efficiency, the welding seam is with high tensile strenth ability, no seam length limit, with high popsition accuracy.

Operations:

1.  Firstly spread the cloth levelled, connect the seam together(2-5cm),and fix the cloth on flat ground with glue.
2. Connect power, open fan switch, set temperature, speed(according to the material thickness), preheat the welder.
3. Display the temperature reaches the set temperature, The machine operation guide wheel and the front wheel edge (two point line) and vertically arranged in the joint.
