SJDBG Plastic Extruding Single-wall Corrugated Pipe Line is composed of single screw extruder, corresponding single-wall corrugated pipe extruding die, single-wall corrugated pipe molding machine, reeling machine, meter recorder and so on. The set has the characteristics of compact structure, ascendant performance.

The screw and barrel by optimized designation adopts 38CrMoAiA. And the whole set has the good characteristics of equality plasticizing, stable extruding, high output and long life-span. The barrel of the main machine adopts casting aluminum heater to heat up, wind cooling , nicety electric control instrument to control temperature. Drive motor is frequency conversion to adjust speed. Special reduction gear can continuously run for a long time without any failure. The whole set design integrated, main machine and assisting machines run synchronic with high efficiency, high performance, and high stability. It is the perfect equipment to produce single-wall corrugated pipe.
