Summary:

Single-effect concentrator makes use of the methods of vacuum evaporation or mechanical separation to concentrate the materials.
    Single-effect concentrator is composed of heater, evaporation chamber, foam remover, condenser, cooler and liquid receiver, etc. All the parts contacting with materials are made of stainless steel. This equipment is suitable for the liquid evaporation&concentration in the industries of pharmacy, food, chemical, light industry, etc. This equipment features short concentration time, fast evaporation time and can protect the thermal sensitivity materials well.
    At present, in order to improve the concentrated products’ quality, concentrator widely adopts vacuum concentration process. Usually, under 18-8Kpa low pressure state, it heats up the liquid materials by indirect steam heating to make it evaporate under low-temperature. So, the temperature difference between heating steam and liquid materials is larger. Under the same heat transfer condition, its evaporation rate is higher than atmospheric evaporation, which can reduce the liquid nutrition loss.

    1,Alcohol recovery: large recovery capacity with vacuum concentration process. Compared with older similar equipment, it can increase the production rate by 5-10 times and reduce energy-consumption 30%. This equipment features small investment and good benefit.
    2,Liquid concentrated: Single-effect concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation type and vacuum negative pressure evaporation type, which features rapid evaporation speed, concentration ratio of 1.2-1:3. The liquid is concentrated under the sealing and foamless state and features no pollution and strong flavor. The machine is easy of cleaning (open the top&bottom cover of heater to clean up) and operation, as well as small floor area. Both the heater and evaporator are of stainless steel heat insulation structure. The heat insulation layer is covered by stainless steel plate with surface treatment of mirror or matt.
