I. Equipment Summary

CTN improved type of hot-air circulating oven is equipped with low noise high temperature resistant macro axis axial-flow fan and automatic temperature and humidity control system; the whole circulating system is totally closed; the steam valve of heating system is “Siemens” proportional valve PID thermostatic control; as well, humidity-discharging system adopts “Siemens” anti-reflux proportional valve and frequency converter,humidity-discharging fan and Swiss humidity transducer to achieve the automatic proportional humidity-discharging. So, the thermal efficiency of whole oven will be improved from the existing 60% to about 70%. Moreover, there is a build-in spraying cleaner system inside the oven, which can help users to clean the air duct, oven liner and heat exchanger daily.

The successful design of CTN improved-type oven achieves the update of traditional oven which will save more energy for users.

II. Application

This oven is the popular type drying equipment with wide range of application. It can be used for the thermal curing, drying and dehydration of materials and products in industries such as pharmacy,chemical,food,agricultural byproducts,aquatic products,light industry,heavy industry, etc. The raw materials can be bulk drug, crude drug and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs, extract, powder, granule, medicinal granules, water-bindered pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, sausage, plastic resin, electric elements, baking varnish and so on.

III. Features

1,Humidity-discharging outlet is equipped with anti-reflux proportional valve (arbitrary angle within 0-90°), which can automatically open the humidity-discharging valve in proportion and adjust the humidity-discharging fan synchronously according to the measured value of moisture.

2,The drying process is controlled automatically according to the setting value and measured value of humidity; which makes the control more reliable and reasonable. By contrast, the drying time of traditional oven is set by empirical values; however, the users’ empirical values or site condition is less of reliability which will directly affect the drying quality.

3,The oven adopts hole-punched air boards which features easy of disassembly and cleaning and can make air well-distributed. By contrast, the traditional air boards are the kind of blind sheets which is less of air distributed effect and inconvenient of cleaning or dismounting.

4,The door is automatic locking door with the power source of air-type or electric type. According to the customers’ requirements, the door can be made into double interlocking door; as well, the sanitary silica gel sealing strips can be made into inflatable or W-type double-ditch negative pressure one, which are removable and easy of installation and cleaning.

5,The oven is equipped with the automatic cleaning system which can rotated 360°to spray clean the oven liner, air duct and heat exchanger. After cleaning, the oven will be timely dried out automatically, which can meet the GMP requirements.

6,Finned steam heat exchanger is the kind of removable, which is easy of cleaning and maintenance.

7,Main control system is “Siemens” program controller + temperature and humidity mould + 7 inches color touch screen + mini-printer; the mean time between failures of control system is above 50,000 hours.

8,The cover of whole oven is treated as flat gloss with the degree of finish Ra<0.8µm; Polishing degree of all the welding parts is Ra<1.0µm, moreover, the parts are all passivating treated.

9,The in-wall of oven is full welded and polished. There is no dead corner inside because the in-wall adopts ace connection with degree of finish Ra<0.4.
