Applications

In order to improve the delivery angle, prevent the material down, the cover rubber of the conveyor belt can be made of pattern designs.

Classified 

Pattern conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height(depth) may be different because of different conveyor material and gradient of conveyor.

Shallow pattern conveyor belt (pattern thickness below 10mm, delivery angle:20°~30°)

Deep pattern conveyor belt (pattern thickness above 10mm, delivery angle:30°~45°)

Pattern Designs

Chevron shape, cleat shape, cylinder pattern.

Pattern design form may depend on the user request.

Tips

1.While transporting and storing, belt should be kept clean and avoid touch with  sunshine, rain and corrosive material directly.

2.The temperature of storeroom should be range between -15degree and 40 degree.

3.Belt should be put in roll and turn over every season.
