6.for the vibrating section , single frequency conversion motor and shaft transmission technology are adopted.

7.the carrier plate palletizing device of the machine is controlled by a converter, its speed is adjustable, and it's full automatic, and economic in energy,

8.PLC control system, control software specialized for the machine of modle-6 has been developed  for all the technical  parameters for production, they can be easily revised only at the  human-machine interface to achieve the needs for manufacturing all kinds of products, additionally, the functions for fault-displaying and trouble-shooting are all available,
