2.Main equipment in ore dressing line:                                        

   1, Crusher: coarse crushing and fine crushing raw material.

   2, Ball mill: grinding crushed raw material.

   3, Magnetic separator (used in magnetic separating process): separating fine material from crushed and grinded raw material.

   4,Magnetic machine (used in magnetic separating process): separating fine material from crushed and grinded raw material.

3.Auxiliary equipment in ore dressing line:                                  

   1, Trough Feeder or Vibrating Feeder: feeding raw material to jaw crusher.

   2, Vibrating Screen: sieving crushed raw material to fit the feeding size of ball mill.

   3, Pendulum Feeder or Electric Magnetic Vibrating Feeder: feeding for ball mill.

   4, Spiral Classifier or High Frequency Vibrating Screen: classifing the granule. the bigger granule will be send back to ball mill, and the suitable granule was sent to next step.

   5, Mixing Bucket(only used in flotation separating process):mixing gringed raw material with addit

   6, Filter or Filter Press

   7, Concentrator(optional)

   8, Rotary Dryer: drying material

   9, Storage Bin: storing material

4.Ore dressing process:                                                              

   The ore is first sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then the ore with a proper size for secondary crushing will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding. The ore powder discharged from the ball mill will be sent to the next procedure: classifying. Because of the different sedimentation rate due to the varied specific gravity, spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture. The cleaned and grouped mixture is sent to magnetic separator, due to the different susceptibility, magnetic substance can be separated from the mixture under magnetic and mechanical force. Then the mixture is sent to flotation machine. According to the features of different ores, we can add different additive into the mixture to separate the ore which we want from the mixture. After the seperation from the mixture, the ore we want always contains a lot of water, then we need a thickner to have it concentrated and then dried by a drier, enventually we can get dry ore.
