1. This device is a new type of powder process device through batch feeding and continuous stirring hydration. Production capacity can be designed as 1 ton / hour, 3 tons / hour, 5 tons / hour, 8 tons / hour and 10 tons / hour. Non-standard design is required when the production capacity is more than 10 tons / hour. And according to the requirement of different production capacities, the product can be design as single-stage or multi-stage with the stirring digestion time of each stage reaching 12 to 15 minutes.

2. Innovative functional parts and functional features of intelligent high-temperature slaking station

This slaking station can intelligently control the water distribution and the addition of other materials, according to the requirement of the finished product. With pressure regulation technology and forced fluidized circulating work mode and a special constant fluidized complex mixer adaptive to different stack height, the materials can mix with the solvent more uniformly. The stirring time and stirring speed can be specially controlled according to the material properties, and also they can be numerically controlled.

This device contains such functional parts as an intelligent weighing device, an intelligent water distributor, a forced stirring digester, a special pressure regulator and reliever, high-effective dust remover, heat recycler and no dead ends high- speed discharge valve. Voltage regulation digestion and more advanced stirring digestion method are improved innovatively. Heat recycling and non-pollution emission design are applied.

3. Innovations and main technical advantages

The intelligent station can control the equilibrium between water content and digestion rate more easily, and meet higher requirements. In the current market, when the digestion rate of three-stage digester is about 95%, the humidity of hydrated lime is at 2%-4%. Under the conditions of the same quality of the materials, it is estimated that when the digestion rate is about 98%, the station can control the humidity of hydrated lime below 1%. The production requirement of higher quality of products can be met, with significantly obvious technical advantages over single-stage, double-stage and three-stage digester in current market. The humidity of the materials can be reduced on higher level of digestion rate, and the effect which is difficult for the digesters in current market to achieve can be obtained!

The digestion bin of this digestion station can be designed as multi-stage digestion bin. Then, the digestion time can be controlled between 35-40 minutes, which can totally meet the digestion requirement of lime, light burned dolomite or other materials that need longer digestion time.
