The machine produces the hard cotton which is the substitute of the sponge. It is applied in the sophisticated bedding mattress,couch cushion,tatami,filtering material, noise-absorbing felt, etc.

1. The machine adopts stainless steel chain plate ( or 2 layers of clapped teflon mesh belt up and down)conveying to make  the surface of the products smooth.  

2. The cabin is divided into two layers. The upper layer can be moved up and down. The adjustable range is 0mm-200mm. The heat source adopts blowing and sucking to transfer the hot wind evenly.  

3.The output part is provided with a cooling roller and cooling device. It uses the fixed length flat hard cotton cross cutting and transverse no glue cotton electric heating wire cross cutting to wind. 

4. The produced products is with good tension, good resilience, environmental protection, pine quality, softness, comfortableness and warmness. Washing is not easy deformation. The softness and hardness can be chosen at random. It is the most widely used.

01 warranty 

The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, SAIL grants a prompt action to solve the problem.

02 Installation & maintenance

SAIL will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
