1.	Incoming quality control: steel material and outsourcing standard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for the custom plastic mold;
2.	Inprocess quality control: all the machining and assembling process is under control, have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance and processed surface to satisfy the requirments;
3.	Final quality control: upon the completion of the plastic mold,will have a thorough check for main size of the trial plastic sample and mold to ensure every steps best.
FOW Mould Service
1.	Weekly mould process report and tooling schedule every 10 days.
2.	Send the first testing sample for clients inspection and improve as requirements.
3.	Provide the full accessories together with the mould.
