800H alloy has the following features:
1. Up to 500 degree  very high temperature water-based medium that has excellent corrosion resistance
2. Good performance of resistance to stress corrosion
3. A very good workability


Incoloy 800H corrosion resistance:
800H has corrosion capability of a lot of medium.Its high nickel content can help resistance to aqueous corrosion condition and  stress corrosion cracking. High-chromium content has better resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, but in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid corrosion resistance is limited. In addition to the halide may occur pitting corrosion, the oxidation and non-oxidizing salt has good corrosion resistance. In water, steam, and steam, air, carbon dioxide, the mixture also has a very good corrosion resistance.

1. Nitric acid condenser - resistance to nitric acid corrosion
2. Steam heating pipes - a very good mechanical properties
3. Heating element tube - very good mechanical properties
