3.1     Traction level IGBT module

• Adopt international high-quality IGBT module.
• The fourth generation IGBT technology.
• Switching loss and conduction loss reduced dramatically.
• Temperature period and power period enhanced dramatically, the lifetime prolongs.
• Redundancy design of module ensures APF reliable and safety. 

3.2     Power Unit

•  It is the core circuits of APF, used for power conversion.
•  Modularized design, all power units have same structure and electrical performances, they can be interchangeable.

4.  Fully digital control system

• Adopting Spartan3adsp FPGA chip of Xilinx.
• Calculate harmonic and reactive power in real time, and then realize dynamic track and compensation.
• The control system adopts modularized design.
