diaphragm jig
Product features:
1: Jig gear installed in the below of the jigging chamber , Storage is conical ,Cirular rubber membrane connect with jigging chamber.
2: Motor and pulley set at one end of the machine ,via eccentric ratation turned to push the diaphragm movement up and down .
3: Jig has no separate diaphragm chamber ,so engage small area .
4: The below conical storage and the diaphragm movement direct the jigging chamber , water velocity distribution is uniform.But inside the jig the pulse water velocity is weak .It is difficult to relax for the coarse particle , therefore not suitable for dealing with coarse particle ,generally applicable for separation less than 6mm pellets . It is suitable for separation the metal ore , it can be used rougher flotation or , it is usual gravity separation equipment .
