   The project is transfering corn into glucose syrup directly. All production process include liquefaction,  saccharification, filtration, and so on.

After syrup test, glucose syrup from this production is no color, 84% concentration, DE48. It is top grade glucose syrup, and reach to international standard.

    This production method is the best way to produce corn into starch syrup. It saves a big problem on sewage. There is no need to produce corn into starch, then make starch into starch syrup. So it will save about 60% cost on equipments. At the same time, we also can get corn skin, germ, and portein as animal feeds from production process.

   This production line uses double enzyme method and triple-enzyme automated method.A complete set of equipments can produce high frucose syrup,maltose syrup,glucose powder,sorbitolum.A complete set of equipment is made of stainless steel.Mixing slurry,ejecting liquifaction,saccharification,decoloration,isomerization,ionic exchange,triple-effect evaporation,single-effect concentration.
