Why our machine better than other similar machines?

1. Mitsubishi PLC controller and sealed, insulated and corrosion-proof digital screen.

2. Step motor from sino-foreign joint venture is used to pull the packing film, the error is less than 1 mm.

3. The Omron photocell tracking system make it possible to set the length of package more precision.

4. The horizontal and vertical heat sealing temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature controlling mechanism.

5. Pneumatic system and heat sealing mode makes the bag sealing firm, good airtightness and smooth.

6. The length of pouch/bag can be adjusted directly through digital screen, no need to change any machine parts. 

7. The machine parts contact with material is use stainless steel 304, others use stainless steel.(all SS304 is available on request).
