(1) the steel layer (Base steel): substrate, hardness value is 159DPN;

(2) zinc alloy steel layer (Zeta layer): a layer near the substrate alloy layer of dense, complex structure, strong corrosion resistance, in FeZn7 and FeZn13 combination, the hardness value is 211DPN, containing Fe 7%-11%;

(3) sub layer of lead (Delta layer): significant monoclinic columnar organization, the content of Fe is 6%, non-toxic, corrosion resistance, hardness value is 179DPN;

(4) pure zinc layer (Eta layer): a dense six party system, deformation is not easy to break, zinc 98.5% purity, hardness value is 70DPN;

(5) high zinc phosphating layer: has good corrosion resistance, and enhance the adhesion of coating and substrate;

(6) high temperature curing layer: excellent anticorrosive and anti impact performance, excellent anti UV, antioxidation and surface self-cleaning performance, color change rate of 15 years and not more than 5%.
