RA-1200 Rail Pressure Diagnoser is designed to test Bosch rail pressure sensor for common rail diesel engines. RA-1200 can be used to diagnose common rail diesel engine faults with no interference to engine ECU during engine running by the site of a fault vehicle. RA-1200 can test also rail pressure for a common rail fuel system on a fuel pump test bench independently. RA-1200 is able to diagnose the ECU DC +5V power supply for the sensor.

This tester is a powerful indispensable tool for repair technicians to diagnose common rail engine ECU, fuel system and rail pressure sensor.

The following common rail engine faults can be determined based on the test results by the RA-1200 Rail Pressure Diagnoser

l Whether the ECU +5V power supply is normal or not

l Whether ECU rail pressure signal circuit is normal or not

l Whether rail pressure sensor has fault or not

l No sufficient rail pressure during the engine starts is an indication of faults on the engine fuel system, especially low pressure circuit or high pressure pump
